Amiya cushions combine a fabric cover, supportive seat foam, and a channel-sewn Trillium envelope—a synthetic down alternative that gives the cushion a soft crown without the constant flattening, clumping, and maintenance of real feather fill.
Frame
Hardwood-supported framing gives the sectional a stronger foundation than disposable, lightweight furniture construction.
Suspension
Interwoven nylon webbing creates flexible support beneath the cushions, helping the sit feel comfortable without sagging out quickly.
Foam Core
A supportive 2 lb high-resiliency foam core is engineered to hold its shape while still feeling comfortable for daily lounging.
Trillium Synthetic Down Envelope
Trillium is a premium synthetic down alternative. It gives the cushion that relaxed, down-like softness on top, but it doesn’t crush down like feathers or require the same constant fluffing, shifting, and eventual replacement.

Every piece we build is handcrafted specifically for you. Unlike mass-produced furniture, we begin crafting your order only after your selections are finalized. Because each piece is made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
Order Review & Approval
Before your furniture enters production, you’ll have the opportunity to review and confirm all order details, including dimensions, seat style, upholstery, finishes, and any custom requests. Please review your selections carefully, as production begins only after your approval.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 72 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. Once your order enters production, changes, cancellations, and refunds are no longer available.
Made-to-Order Furniture
Because every piece is built specifically for your home, all made-to-order furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship while creating furniture tailored exclusively to you.
Material Availability & Production Timeline
We source premium materials from trusted suppliers. While most selections are readily available, occasional shortages, backorders, or discontinued fabrics, leathers, wood species, or finishes may occur. If a selected material becomes unavailable or is expected to significantly impact production, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or provide an updated production timeline. No substitutions will ever be made without your approval.
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may vary due to material availability, supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and deliver your furniture as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Our Craftsmanship Guarantee
We stand behind everything we build. If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will promptly repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem at no cost to you.
Natural Materials
Our furniture is crafted using authentic hardwoods, premium fabrics, leather, and other natural materials. Variations in wood grain, leather markings, fabric texture, color, and cushioning are natural characteristics of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique and are part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture.
